For orders placed online, you can cancel within 14 days of receiving your order. Let us know using the contact form on this site, then return the items unopened and in their original condition within 14 days of telling us. [Say who pays for returns.] We'll refund you within 14 days of getting them back.
Food can't be returned once its seal has been opened, for health and hygiene reasons.
Something wrong with your order?
If anything arrives damaged, faulty or not as described, contact us with a photo and we'll replace it or refund you. This doesn't affect your legal rights: you're entitled to a refund for faulty goods if you tell us within 30 days.
Hive sponsorships
[Your policy, for example: one-off sponsorships can be refunded if you contact us within 14 days.] Monthly sponsorships can be cancelled at any time and no further payments will be taken.
